Water filter ULTRAWF fits select Frigidaire French door and side-by-side refrigerators made after 2008.
Replace every 6 months, or more often if water flow slows noticeably.

Overall experience
The part works but is packaged poorly, so there's a risk of it breaking. As far as customer service, well this was one of the worst service calls I've seen in a while. They kept trying to upsell me. And after I made it clear I wanted 1 unit every 12 months, they still sent me 2. On top of it all, their website won't send me a link to fix my password so I can't adjust it myself and/or cancel it. It's time to move on from Sears.
