Poorly designed part
This part broke because the hole where the bolt goes through the chute to hold it to the mower deck needs to be reinforced. The plastic needs a large piece of steel inside the plastic to reinforce the hole so the chute won't break. It's cheaper to replace the chute than buying a new bagger but the chute needs to be redesigned.
