Reviews
Disappointed
I have a craftsman chain saw I bought back in the early 1990s , chainsaw is still working to this day , its shameful craftsman discontinues the chain , went to Sears parts direct , showed a replacement chain , stock # 71-3635 , also , put model # of chainsaw to verify it would fit , said " this chain fits your chainsaw " , was delivered , chain did not fit , Sears parts direct website was wrong , and did they update their website ? Disappointed I had to eat the shipping & tax . Highly disapointed not only with craftsman , but other U S A manufacturer's , when the tool or product is still in great working order , without warning , they discontinue parts , highly unamerican ! ! !

Easy to install and didn't take long to get.
It was easy to install . just take cover off and clean out the leftover chips and oil. Loosen your adjustment screw .make sure chain is going right direction. Put it on the bar and sprocket . line up adjustment holes . tighen up cover some. Adjust chain toghtness and finish tightening cover.
