Sent the wrong part
Call the parts department to confirm Ordering the correct part. I asked for a replacement door. Customer service confirmed it the the correct door and came with hinges. It was a piece of glass, no hinges and for another oven. Couldn't not be more disappointed.

Specs wasn't clear and precise
I was ordered stainless glass outer oven door. The issue the specs wasn't clear as they did not mentioned or specified the specs of the glass. I thought the glass should be clear with stainless steel frame. But the glass come black color. Bear in mind I ordered the part number the specify the glass as clear with stainless steal frame. The product did not come with the hing that should hold the middle glass piece. Regarding the instillation, is not easy compared with couple of videos that shared by manufacture. I will not recommend this model of oven. So the Ò no recommendationÓ below for the model of the oven not for the particular door. Because if you have this model type of oven you don't have choices to select different type of door. However my advice to this distributer to put more specs about the out door to be clear to customers what they expected to have instead of being serprised and being unsatisfied

Door sent without hinges
The door was sent without the pictured hinges. I had to call to get hinges sent and those were damaged. I have to call Sears back to get new ones.
