Reviews
Received what I ordered, but it took three weeks!
The Sears Parts Direct website is extremely inaccurate in regards as to which parts are "in stock" versus the ones that are on back order. I ordered from Sears Parts Direct specifically because their website listed this part as IN STOCK. As a matter of fact it was STILL listed as IN STOCK on their website even after I had received an email to let me know it was out of stock and that shipping would be delayed. I am extremely disappointed that the Sears Parts Direct web site contains misleading information indicating that parts would ship without delay (i.e. IN STOCK means you they the part IN STOCK, ON THE SHELF, and they can ship it to their customers within a day or two). I paid for priority shipping on an item that is listed as IN STOCK and I expected it to be delivered with as little delay as is possible. Not only was it delayed, but I didn't receive the "back order" notification until AFTER the first half of my order had shipped. No offer was ever made to refund my priority shipping costs, even though it took THREE WEEKS to receive a part when I paid extra to receive it in three days. I fully understand that sometimes parts are out of stock and that delays happen, but it is extremely misleading (perhaps intentionally so) to indicate on their website that parts are in stock when they CLEARLY are not. I probably wouldn't be as upset about this if this was the first time this has happened. I orderer a part from them a couple of years ago (a miter gauge for a craftsman table saw) and had the exact same problem; The part was listed as IN STOCK on their web-site, but it wasn't until days after my order was placed that their web-site was updated to indicate that this item was OUT OF STOCK, and no longer available. To make matters worse Sears Parts Directs has NO MEANS WHATSOEVER of contacting customer support via email. C'mon Sears! I Get it. Most of your customers are baby-boomers that are used to dealing with in store frustrations when dealing with parts replacements, but this is the twenty first century. It shouldn't take someone ordering a part for you to realize you don't have it in stock. You scan items when they're stocked and you scan them again when they're pulled. How hard is it to update your inventory system and have the inventory reflected on your website. With the number of errors and inaccuracies on your website it's no wonder you don't provide an email contact; you probably can't keep up with the hundreds of complaints you'd received every day considering how outdated and inaccurate your system is.

Dishwasher circulation pump
Fixed the problem. However, comes with hose clamp that requires special tool to properly install. Had to get a ÇÊrealÊÈ hose clamp that I could tighten with flat head screw driver.
