Much Better
I melted a plastic dish on my range vent and it required a service visit to clean up the mess. The Kenmore range made it easy to just replace the part. The order process went smoothly, I was kept informed of a delay, and when the part arrived it was in mint condition and fit perfectly. I ordered the part myself. I tried ordering the part through the repairman but with the confusion Covid has introduced to the service process, the part seems to have been lost. Much better ordering the part myself.
