Very easy to order and very easy to install. I will definitely reorder as long as I have a working refrigerator. I was able to remove the old one and replace the new one with out any problems. I did not have to call anyone.

Upset that Sears won't do water filter exchanges
My Whirlpool refrigerator I bought from Sears only 5 years ago died recently (compressor issue) I wanted to exchange the water filters that I bought thru their program that sends me 2 filters automatically each year for the Whirlpool. Now that I no longer have the Whirlpool, I have 2 water filters I can't use, due to their policy that won't do water filter exchanges. Disappointed…

Extremely hard to install
I like the filter and now have no choice now since the Whirlpool one has been discontinued. The problem is installation. It takes brut force strength to push hard enough to get it in and water leaks.

Does not work for me
The refrigerator filter part shipped is not what is pictured on the website. I thought I was getting the filter with the 8 small holes and I received one with 2 slits. I had previously tried one like this from a different vendor and only got a trickle of water. I am returning my unopened filter.
