I wish we could return this product because it is useless to us and is not what is described for the product! There is no return link and it is frustrating to navigate the website to find how to return the item.

Exactly what I needed
Needed a new bag, had patched the old one the mice had chewed holes in it out in the shed. Thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get a replacement since Sears closed. This is perfect! I can keep on using my mower!

Part sub does not fit. Bag is smaller in size. Needs modified to fit. Ruined return possible? Would like to return.

I would not buy this product again.
I was disappointed to discover that the lawn bag came without the attachment frame. I had to buy the frame separately at a price that seems excessive.

Craftsman Lawn Mower model 917.370920 Grass Catcher bag needed. Used Parts Direct on Laptop. Researched part #, discontinued. Alternate available. Ordered part. Said Deliver by july5. Robo-sales tried to sell multiple parts and services.-no thank you 4-5 times. Part never updated. Called human. Said order never went thru. ! Same labyrinth. Human said not available. Researched alternate, Yes! Said delv. july 15. Eureka it was delivered. Wait, it is wrong, won't fit! Returned was easy thru UPS thought. 3 weeks of borrowing neighbor's lawn mower. Will have to rig a repair..
