Sent to the incorrect address
I explained to the service representative that my address had changed. Instead of changing the entire address, my current street address was correct but the city and zip code were not correct. Luckily, I tracked it to that post office and had them send it to me, but I had to pay over $10 for shipping.

Did not work with my vacuum
The part was selected by a service rep on the telephone to work with my vacuum. When it arrived it did fit my vacuum but only had a 2-way switch to control the Powermate head. No switch to turn on the vacuum itself. My vacuum requires a 3-way switch (off, vacuum on, carpet head on). It was easy to install but the wrong part to start with so had to send it back.
