Poor order taking helper
I was communicating with a person who came on line while visiting the sears parts direct website. He offered to help. I listed all the items I'm looking for. Using the VIN I gave him he looks up everything. He suggests Synthetic Oil. Okay. He ships one quart. I would have thought he'd know my tractor needs 3 1/2 pints. Or does he not know there are only 2 pints in a quart. I expected better. I had other problems with my order, too.
